Rough ‘n Refined is a restaurant and coffee shop in Lusk, Wyoming. We focus on the basics to make simple, tasty, fresh food.

We serve espresso, and a variety of Mexican food, soups, salads, sandwiches, and breakfast foods. We are open M-F 8am-2pm

Steak Dinner Saturday evenings from 5pm-8pm Reservations are STRONGLY encouraged!

Our espresso is fresh roasted and sent from Wyoming's Snowy Elk. Straight up, or in an Americano, Latte, Macchiato, or our most popular, White Chocolate Mocha to name a few options.

We have a wide varity of loose leaf teas. Try them hot or iced. Earl Gray, Breakfast Blend, Chamomile Lemon, Green Tea, Golden Chai, or Vanilla Bean.
